SATE JANTUNG AYAM PEDAS


Bahan :

½ kg jantung ayam bersihkan

1 lbr daun salam

1 btg serai dimemarkan

Air secukupnya

2 mata asam jawa

Bumbu halus :

6 buah cabai merah keriting

3 butir kemiri

4 butir bawang merah

2 butir bawang putih

1 sdt garam

1 sdm kecap manis

Cara membuat :

Campur bumbu halus dengan semua bahan  aduk lalu masak sampai kuah mengental  dan matang. Angkat dan  sisihkan setelah dingin tusuk dengan lidi dan bakar sambil dioleskan sisa bumbu.

Sajikan dengan dengan sambal kecap manis.

Ingredients:
1 Kg Bandeng (kira2 2 ekor), masing2 potong jadi 4

6 sdm kecap manis
2 sdm gula jawa
1/2 sdm garam
15 btr cabe rawit
3 lbr daun salam
2 potong lengkuas
2 lbr sereh
1250 cc air
3 buah tomat merah di potong2

Bumbu Bakar:
10 bawang merah
6 bawang putih
6 cabe merah
2 ruas kunyit
2 ruas jahe
4 mata asam jawa

Directions:
Cara:
Bumbu bakar: tusuki bumbu di tusuk sate, termasuk asam jawa yang sudah dikepal padat.
Bakar hingga matang.
Didihkan air, masukkan bumbu bakar yang telah di lepas dari tusuk sate
Masukkan cabe rawit, kecap, garam, gula, salam, lengkuas dan sereh.
Setelah mendidih, masukkan bandeng.
Pindahkan ke slowcooker, masak dengan mode low selama 5-6 jam.
(jika menggunakan presscooker, setelah katup mendesis, kecilkan api, masak selama 60 menit)
