SEMUR TAHU DAN TELUR

Bahan :
8 butir telur ayam rebus,kupas
8 buah tahu goreng setengah matang
5-6 sdm kecap manis
350 ml air

Bumbu halus :
5 butir bawang merah
3 butir bawang putih
5 butir kemiri
½ sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam

Cara membuat :
Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum lalu tuangkan air masukan tahu, telur dan kecap aduk.
Masak sampai air menyusut (kental), angkat ,sajikan dengan ditaburi bawang merah goreng.
