SAMBAL PETIS




Bahan :
10 buah cabai rawit tua (merah) diuleg
1 butir bawang putih dihaluskan
50 gr gula merah
2 sdm kecap manis
1 sdt garam
1 ½ sdm petis udang
250 ml air
1 sdt tepung beras larutkan dengan air
Cara membuat :
Tumis bawang putih hingga harum masukan petis, air, gula merah, garam, kecap manis, lalu masak hingga mendidih.
Terakhir masukan larutan tepung beras aduk terus hingga mendidih, angkat.
Sajikan dengan tahu goreng  atau tempe mendoan
